Athlon model 6 set maximum software VCore
It is not known exactly how the maximum software vcore is set on the Palomino.
It is thought that it has something to do with the L7 and L8 bridges, though
noone seems to have done any testing of it. The most plausable guess is that one
sets the maximum (L8) and the other the minimum (L7). The encodings are probably
as follows:
