Athlon model 6 allow motherboard multiplier adjustment

To allow multiplier changes through the motherboard (eg: BIOS ajustments), the L1 bridges need to be joined. On some CPUs, they have not been cut, but if they have been cut then the cuts need to be bridged. They cannot be filled with a conductive substance as this will lock one of the multiplier control bits closed.
