Athlon model 8 and 10 set maximum software multiplier to 24x

By joining the second-left-most L5 bridge, the L6 bridges are ignored and the maximum multiplier is set to 24x. This can cause problems with BIOSes that set the multiplier to the maximum on boot, so should be used with caution.
