Mobile Athlons can't do SMP

Though probably a restriction of the motherboard or BIOS as opposed to the CPU, mobile CPUs do not work in SMP mode. So joining the two left-most L5 bridges will not get you a CPU that will do SMP and also have a software-adjustable voltage.
