Athlon model 8 and 10 set maximum software VCore
The L8 bridge is used to set the maximum voltage that can be set through
PowerNow. To be of any use, the CPU needs to be a mobile CPU. Some BIOSes set
the voltage to the maximum on boot, so high limits should be used with
caution.
